Of course we do need forums rules too, not only guild rules 
1st : Try not to spam a topic, instead use edit button to edit post if you're going to double post anything.
2nd : Please do not post porno sites
even thought I love it but still please refrain from doing that .
3rd : Try to be kind and help anyone who needs to be helped .
